Keto Mushroom Scramble

Happy weekend everyone! I am so, so glad it is here! You just have no idea! And because it was such a long and hard week I wanted to share with you a quick recipe that I made this week for breakfast, the Keto Mushroom Scramble. It is quick and easy and will keep you full for a very long time. That is what I love about these full fat, fat bombs! These are the best when you are not sure when your next meal is going to be! #workproblems #toobusytoeatlunch.

This Keto Mushroom Scramble is one of the easiest and quickest recipes out there. You don’t even need a ton of ingredients.

Here is what you need for this recipe. This will make 2 servings:

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 3 each mushroom sliced
  3. 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  4. 1 each garlic clove, minced
  5. 1 teaspoon ghee or butter
  6. Salt and Pepper
  7. Shredded cheese of choice

Bust out your saute pan over medium heat and add in the ghee or butter. Add in the minced garlic.

In a bowl, add in the eggs and heavy cream. Whisk until well blended. Slice the mushroom and add to the eggs to the egg mixture.

Pour the egg mixture in the pan. cook and stir until the eggs are fluffy but firm, if that makes sense!

Split the egg mixture into two servings and add you shredded cheese of choice on top. Add salt and pepper.

Let the cheese melt (if you are using it). Serve up! That’s it folks!
