Instructions
  1. Bust out your saute pan over medium heat and add in the ghee or butter. Add in the minced garlic.
  2. In a bowl, add in the eggs and heavy cream. Whisk until well blended. Slice the mushroom and add to the eggs to the egg mixture.
  3. Pour the egg mixture in the pan. cook and stir until the eggs are fluffy but firm.
  4. Split the egg mixture into two servings and add you shredded cheese of choice on top. Add salt and pepper.
